English Scones

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

My British friend taught me how to make scones. I lessened the ingredient amounts so they were easier to make, and they turned out surprisingly crispy and moist.

Mix the flour and butter evenly so the texture is like breadcrumbs. This is the main point!
Cut out the shapes with a sharp cutter. The final result will be fluffier!
If you want the scones to be very moist, use more milk. If the dough doesn't come together easily, let it rest in the fridge first. Recipe by Waabisuke
