First we prepare gatte..by making a dough with the help of gram flour,curd and masala..

After that take a pan,add water,after a boil in water...roll the dough with the hand,give it cylindrical shape..place it in hot water...cover it on medium flame...

After 10-15 minutes,check it with the knife...take it out...cut it into pieces...

Now prepare gravy,first take oil in a pan...add ajwain,cumin, and mustard seeds in it...also hing...then add onion,saute it till golden brown...

Now add curd with masala...continue stirr...after a boil,add gatte...add some more water,if required...after a boil...add salt and garam masala powder...after 10 minutes boil,turn off the flame...

Gatte ki sabji is ready to serve with chapati,parantha,puri and bati too...
