For pakwan - In a bowl take all-purpose flour add 2-3 spoon ghee / oil add cumin seeds add salt and milk stiff the dough

Make small size balls then roll them very thin make holes with folk on pakwan. Heat up oil in pan drop carefully pakwan in hot oil and deep fry both sides till golden colour make all the pakwan this way.

Soak the chana dal for 3-4 hours. Take a pressure cooker add some water add soake drain daal add turmeric powder salt mix well pressure cook for two whistle.

Now take small pan add 2 spoon oil add cumin seeds green chillies garam masala powder red chilli powder put it on cooked chana daal cook for 2-3 min. Keep stirring.

Soak temerind in water for 1/2 an hour then squzze. Now take pulp add salt red chilli powder chopped onion some green chillies.

Whenever going to eat add 2-3 spoon of temerind chutney on chana daal
You can store fried pakwan in air tight countainer for 2-3 days.
