Cut Bombay duck into finger length, soak it in water for 30 min

Tap the pieces with the crushing stone and make it flat

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, mix well and keep for 20 min

Keep a pan, add 3tbs oil, and fry the flat pieces until golden brown and keep

Now add remaning oil, add onion, fry until golden brown, now add the other ingredients and fry until good aroma comes

Now add 1/4 cup water, cover and cook in a low flame until become thick

Add garam masala stir few min and serve hot with lemon rice or dal rice
