Firstly blend soaked urad dal. Make a fine paste

Now add salt and pinch of hing.

And beat blend dal until dal becomes air and fluffy.

Futher fry vada upon medium heat oil.

Now fried vada in the water for 10 minutes.

Add powder sugar in curd and whisk curd.

Now squeeze water from vada and add in whisk curd.

Refrigerator vada for half and hours.

After that serve in plate and add garnishing with imli chutney, green chutney, sal, cumin powder, red chili powder and sec namkeen.

Enjoy dahi vada with your family and friends.
