Mix together the rawa, maida salt and rice flour. Add the pepper powder, cumin seeds, ginger, chilies and coriander leaves. Add water and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat a non stick pan. Add the chopped onion and sprinkle the dosa batter all over. Drizzle some oil and let the batter cook.

Once done flip and cook a bit on the other side. Remove and enjoy hot.
