Rava Dosa

First grind rava to fine powder.

In a bowl add grind rava,atta,curd and mix well.Add 1 cup of water gradually.Then keep aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes add baking soda,onion, and green chilli.Add1/4 cup waterand salt.Mix them well.

Heat a non-stick tawa.To check the temperature drop some water on it, if it splutter then ready.Wipe off water.Pour a ladle of batter and spread batter from inside to outwards in circular manner.

Add 1tsp ghee over dosa and cook till bottom becomes brown.

Serve with your favorite chutney.
