  • 1 glassmilk
  • 2 glasswater
  • 2 table spoonsugar
  • 1 tea spoonchia seed
  • 6 table spoonoat meal

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together except chia seed and put it on fire at a medium heat

    After it boils for about 2 mins simmer and let it boils for 5 mins

    Then add your chia seed and remove from the heat and let it cool and then you blend
