  • 40 goatmeal
  • 100 ccwater
  • 1.5 teaspoonMentsuyu(Japanese Noodle sauce)
  • shredded Nori seaweed
  • wasabi

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oatmeal and water in a bowl. and Microwave 1 min.

    Topping with Nori seaweed and Wasabi, and pour Mentsuyu. If you can not purchase Mentsuyu, you can mix 1 teaspoon Soysauce and 1 teaspoon Mirin(sweet sake). Even only Soysauce will be OK.
