Cook the rice and let it cool (or you can use leftover rice from the day before). Then mix it with tuna without oil from the can, spices, egg and shredded cheese. Then make little nuggets with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 185°C for 25 minutes.
