Season chicken with seasoning blend and salt

Heat up pan, add one tsp coconut oil

Place chicken breasts and thighs skin side down and sear until browned then flip and sear other side on medium high

After searing,reduce heat to medium low add a little water and 1.5 tsp lemon juice, let simmer in covered pan, after it has reduced, add a little more water and a splash of evaporated milk and simmer until that has reduced as well.

Turn off heat, add red chilli flakes, stir a little to distribute them.

Serve with whatever you want or eat it by itself!

For cabbage side, thinly slice cabbage, add to pan while it's heating up, sprinkle with a little thyme and salt and stir, cover and let it become tender in its own moisture
