  • 1/2 cupoil

  • 1 tsphaldi
  • Namak as taste
  • 2-3green chilli

    Ik pot me oil garam kar ke pyaz dal dein or light brown hony tak fry krein

    Phir is me gg paste dal ke saute krein ab dahi lal mirch salt hari mirch timatar alu dal dein jab dahi ka pani khushk ho ali gal jain

    To bhoona lain 15-20 mint bhigoy huy chawal pani say nikali kar dal dain

    Phir ismai itna pani dalin k chawal say ik inch uper ho buble ajay pani kum ho jay to dum pr rkhain

    Podina k patty dalye raitay salad k sath khaye
