Steps

Take bowl and add besan, salt, turmeric powder add required amount of water and whisk well. Take a jar grind garlic, green chillies and zeera

Boil and peeled potatoes
Heat oil and add curry leaves, zeera and grinded masala. Saute for 2 minutes now add salt and turmeric powder. - 3
Cook 3-4 minutes and add potatoes and mix well and turn off the flame. Now add coriander leaves. Mix well. Let it cool

Now bread into half as shown in the picture. Now place potatoes in between the bread.

Dip bread pakoda into besan and deep fry till Golden brown. Enjoy with chutney or ghati masala
