Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 100 gmFalsa
  2. 20 gmpowder sugar
  3. 3 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 1 tsp chilli powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 4 tsp oil
  7. pincjHing/asafoetdia
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tspLemon Juice

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash Falsa properly and keep aside.
    Now heat the oil add mustard seeds turmeric and hing. and on washed Falsa. Mixed properly.

    Now add salt sugar and chilli powder mix them well. Now add lemon juice. After 15 minutes you can serve for better taste.

    This is instant pickle they don’t have long life.
