A rich, flavorful braised dish that's perfect with rice.

Clean the pork belly and slice it thin. Marinate with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, sugar, and pepper. Mix well to let the flavors absorb. Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into cubes. If there are tender leaves, cut them into pieces and set aside.

In a pan, sauté the shallots, then add the pork and stir-fry until the meat is cooked. Add about 1/2 cup cold water (120 ml), cover, and simmer until the pork is tender. Once the pork is soft, adjust the seasoning, then add the kohlrabi. Continue cooking until the kohlrabi is tender.

Finally, add the kohlrabi leaves and let it boil for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with pepper.
