Mashed potatoes and mix all masala mentioned. (You can add more species based on your choice). Ads chopped green chili and coriander leaves.

Cut the bread using cookie cutter or small bowl.

Take small portion from potatoes mixture and place on bread. And press so it should not come out while frying.

Spread black sesame and white sesame. And press gently.

Now dip bread coin in dry cornflour but only potato part.

Now make cornflour water dip and dip bread coin in cornflour dip and fry. First fry potato side till it turns golden.

Now turn and quickly fry bread part. Else bread will consume oil. (Note make sure oil is hot nicely)

Serve with Coriander Chutney and Sauce. Enjoy you Crispy Bread Golden Coin!!!!
