    Ab chawal boil karlen sabit garam masala aur namak, sirka dal kar jab thori qasar reh jae chawal mein tu chaan lein pura na pakaen

    Salan mein jab aloo chicken gal jae tu usme 1 cup dahi mein zarde ka rang dal kar mix kar ke salan ke oper wo dal dein aur sath chawal dal dein sare aur oper se kewra essence dal dein.

    10 min tez anch par pakaen taket pani khushk hojae aur dahi apna zaiqa chorde phir 5 se 7 min dam par rakhden.
