In India It is hugely popular in street stalls or Restaurants. By including Paneer in it I created a Indian version of Hakka Noodles.

In India It is hugely popular in street stalls or Restaurants. By including Paneer in it I created a Indian version of Hakka Noodles.
Steps

Firstly, a large vessel take 8 cup water, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt. once the water comes to a boil, add 2 pack noodles, stir and boil for 3 minutes or until the noodles cooked. (Refer package instructions to know the cooking time.)
Drain off the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. keep aside. - 2
In a large wok heat oil, add ginger-garlic and chilli. Stir fry on high flame. Then add all vegetables. Stir fry until vegetables shrink slightly. Now add slices paneer pieces, stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Further add salt, pepper powder, soya, chilli,and tomato sauce.
Stir fry until the sauces well combine
Now add boiled noodles and vinegar. Mix everything and Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off flame. - 4
Serve hot.Enjoy
