Steps

Take 1 bowl mix besan curd and water and make a smooth batter. Batter's consistency should be runny.

Heat a kadai pur the besan mixture and keep stirring it in low to medium flame until it removes the sides and becomes like a dough.

Then grease the kitchen platform or opposite side of a plate and spread it with the help of a knife.

Then make a vertically and very gently role it and keep it in a plate.

Heat a small pan. Add oil, mustard seeds curry patta and green chilli and sprinkle and decorate with grated coconut.
