  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 1 cuproasted oats
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1/2 tomato chopped
  5. 2Green chilli chopped
  6. 2 tspGinger and garlic paste
  7. as neededOil
  8. 1 tspEno
  9. 1 cupCurd
  10. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  11. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  12. to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add water and curd in suji add salt and keep aside. Now roast the oats crushed them in mixture and add. Now add eno.

    Heat the oil add mustard seeds onions tomato ginger garlic chilli sauté and add in to batter. Chilli powder.

    Now add water in idly steamer add idly in idly stand and steam.. Serve with sambar or chutney.
