Once you clarified your butter remove from the pan,
Now it’s time to fry your mushrooms 🍄
Adding your butter back to the pan bring back up to a simmer, once you have reach this stage introduce in your wild garlic & season to taste.

The flavour is pretty strong for some & the mushrooms are a little crunchy.
I find it goes very well with most fish, also very tasty on steak 🥩,
Could always bake off a sweet potato top it with some wild rocket & sun-dried tomatoes then drizzle over this tasty butter.
