Spinach crescent roll puffs

Ingredients

  1. 1 pkgrefrigerated crescent rolls
  2. 2 cupschopped fresh spinach or 1 frozen pkg, thawed and drained well
  3. 4 slicescooked and chopped bacon
  4. Halfa pkg of softened cream cheese, about 4 oz
  5. 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
  6. 1/4 cupParmesan cheese
  7. Garlic powder, pepper and parsley to taste
  8. 1egg, separated

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Preheat oven to 350. Mix spinach, cheeses, seasonings and egg yolk in a bowl.

    Stir in chopped bacon

  3. 3

    Cut each crescent triangle in half to make 2 triangles out of each roll.

  4. 4

    Put about a teaspoon of the filling in and fold the sides up to close and place each puff on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Brush the tops with egg white.

  6. 6

    Bake for about 12 minutes or until browned.
