Nawabi paneer is a famous dish from Hyderabad . It is made with creamy, rich and flavorful gravy.
Steps

Boil sliced onions, green chillies, cashew nuts, garlic cloves and watermelon seeds in enough water for 5-7 minutes. Cool down and grind in mixer grinder and make paste.

Soak saffron strands in milk and keep aside.

In a pan heat ghee. Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon piece, green cardamom and cumin seeds. When cumin change colour add prepared paste and saute till ghee seperates at low flame.

Then add whisked curd and saffron milk. Mix well and cook for couple of minutes. Add black pepper powder, kitchen king masala and kasoori methi. Mix well.

Add salt and little water if required. Cover with lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Add cubed paneer and cook for couple of minutes. Delicious Nawabi paneer curry is ready to serve.

Serve with Paratha or nan.
