Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupYam small pieces
  • 1/4 cupArbi
  • 1/4 cupBanana raw
  • 1/4 cupPumpkin
  • 1Sweet potato small
  • As neededAmaranthus leaves,
  • as per tasteSalt,Jaggery,haldi
  • Powder to be prepared
  • 4 tbspFennel, jeera, pepper
  • as requiredPaste of mustard
  • tempering
  • as per needMustard seeds,jeera,ghee,green chilli.
  • Garnish
  • 1/4 cupCoconut

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a deep vessel,boil the veggies....I HV mentioned the traditionally used vegetable....it has own taste but you can add of yr choice

    Prepare the paste n add to it after yr veggies aur done,stir it n cover it....

  3. 3

    Add salt, jaggery,haldi

  4. 4

    The paste needs 10 to 15 mins....in medium flame...these food aur done on slow cooking.try it out..you wl alwz remember for the same.

    Now prepare chaunk in a small pan,add ghee start.with mustard first in order,let it splutter,then add jeera saunf also you can...

  6. 6

    Now put it he powdered item pounded n then coconut...

  7. 7

    Serve hot with rice....satvik Khana is best one for healthy wellbeing... Happy living n cooking
