Besan ladoo

Take coarse besan, powdered sugar and ghee.

In a pan add ghee, add besan and roast until its pink. Once roasted add milk, it will crumble the texture and give khoya effect.

Add dry fruits at this stage, it will be crunchy. Let it cool at room temperature. Once cooled, add sugar powdered. Mix well.

Make equal size of laddoo from the mix. Top it with dry fruit of your choice. Happy eating..
