Steps

Take all dals and add water and soak for 30 minutes

Take tomato,onion,ginger and chopped it

Take pressure cooker add oil n add cumin seeds n add ginger now add onion

Now add tomato n cook for 5 minutes

Add all spices and cook for 2 minutes

Now add daal,water and ghee. Now close the pressure cooker n wait for 8 whistles.

After 8 whistles close tha flame n let the cooker for 10 minute. Now open the cooker and chk it. Our mixed daal is ready. Garnish with Coriander leaves

Now our mixed daal is ready. Serve it with hot roti.
