Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bagEnoki Mushrooms
  2. 4 tbspSoy sauce
  3. 4 tbspMirin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the roots from the enoki mushrooms, and cut into 3 even lengths.

  2. 2

    Put the enoki mushrooms into a pot. Add soy sauce and mirin, then simmer for about 3 minutes. Done!
