Simple Chikuwa Nanban

I made Miyazaki nanban with chikuwa. It's nice with sake, great as bento fillers, or served with rice or noodles.
The latticed shallow cuts help the flavors seep into the chikuwa.
Since the sesame seeds slide off when baked, sprinkle on more before serving. Recipe by Hiyokosan
