  • 1 headcauliflower
  • 1 cup(about 8.8 oz or 250 g) heavy cream
  • 3.5 oz (100 g)Comté cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chives for garnish

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook them in 4 cups (about 1 liter) of water.

    Prepare your blender. Add the cooked cauliflower and blend once, then gradually add the cream while blending.

    It's ready! Season with salt and pepper, and add the cheese.
