Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 650 grm maida
  2. 1/2 glassMilk
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 2 tbspsugar
  6. Water to Knead dough
  7. Batter
  8. 1 and 1/2 tbspMaida
  9. 4 tbspGhee
  10. Chicken
  11. 1boneless chicken
  12. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  13. 2 tbspHot Peri peri sauce
  14. 1 tspWhite pepper
  15. 1 tspPaprika powder
  16. 1/2 tspSalt
  17. 1 tbspGinger garlic powder
  18. 4 tbspwoster sauce

Cooking Instructions

    First cut the boneless chicken in fillers and hit with hammer and mix all dry Ingriedients in sauce and then dip chicken in it. I freeze them so kisi time nikal kar Bana lu.

    Now cut in strips and fry it in oil for 10 mints.

    Now for atta you ist add egg, milk and salt sugar whisk it well and then add maida 3 cup and Knead a dough with required water not too hard not too soft grease your hand with oil and keep a side for 5 mints. Cover it.

    Now remove cover and check it's dough fluffy and now cut in balls and brush ghee on it and make a hole in center again cover for 5 mints.

    Make a hole so oil or ghee may emerge in.

    Now it's better take a bowl add maida and salt pinch and garamoil kar ke us maida m Dale and spoon zoor se hilae. You Wil see colour changes this better is used inside the filling of dough.

    Colour now app rooler pin se balls ko roll it and make a circle in thin and spread with brush this better.

    Now fold from both sides and then one half tap in length and roll like flower. And again keep aside for 5 mints.

    Now press from up and then again spread maida and make a circle and garamkarein pan ko and us par Dale one side half cook kar ke 2nd side par ghee lagae then again on medium flame so its all layer may cook. Again ghee 2nd Marta lagae you will see its layer will b seen.

    Ghee dono tarf lagana hai.

    Now spread mayonise and fill with chicken and vegi imili ki chutney and rol and wrap it check it's layer.
