Grate the yamaimo yum into a heatproof dish, beat in the egg, and mix well.

Top with cheese and arrange the bacon on top. Bake in the oven (or toaster oven) until the surface is browned. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, and drizzle with soy sauce.

Bake in the oven again until the soy sauce is lightly scorched, and done.
