First mix milk and flour on a saucepan.

Bring the mixture to boil 1 min in medium heat, continually mixing.
Pour the mixture to a bowl and cover the bowl with cling wrap, let it cool. Place in the refrigerator.

On the other end, mix sugar with butter.

Add the butter milk mixture and the sugar and butter mixture together.

In a cup or a mug. Put in the self raising flour, milk, sugar, oil and vanilla extract, and mix.
