Steps

First of all in a deep vessel,add oil,add bay leaf,khada masala, jeera, hing,kasoor methi,use small amount of sliced onions not chopped fry till translucent.then add gravy...prepared in a blender.

Now treat the soyabean...in a bit bowl of water... squeeze water...after that roll in salt haldi,chilli powder,..let it coat.

Then shallow fry it....in oil,Then you add into gravy...let masala coat...allow 6/7 mins on low flame...It's now blended well add other ingredients mentioned like capsicum green chilli n ginger...for 3/4 mins...see capsicum is half mushy...
Switch off...
Garnish with coriander...n ginger strokes...
