Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley in a shallow bowl.

Combine the flour salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.

Whisk the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.

Tap the chops dry with paper towel. Now one by one dip the chops in the flour to coat, shaking off excess flour.

Dip in egg mixture then in the breadcrumbs, making sure that the chop is coated.

Repeat step 5.

Heat the oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the pork for 3-4 mins each side or until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Set aside, covered, for 5 mins to rest.
