Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2out of 3 packets Steamed egg custard
  2. 1Dashi stock
  3. 1to 2 teaspoons Usukuchi soy sauce
  4. 1Salt
  5. 1to garnish Mitsuba

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put water and dashi stock in a pot and heat. Cube the steamed egg custard into small blocks and adjust the taste with usukuchi soy sauce and salt. Add mitsuba on top and serve.
