Mousse is an Indo-Western dessert. Today I have made Thandai and Gulabjamun mousse. This dessert gives a very different but nice and yummy taste with so attractive decorative appearance. The duo taste of Thandai and Gulabjamun gives a very special mix taste.

Mousse is an Indo-Western dessert. Today I have made Thandai and Gulabjamun mousse. This dessert gives a very different but nice and yummy taste with so attractive decorative appearance. The duo taste of Thandai and Gulabjamun gives a very special mix taste.

Take Milkmaid in a bowl, add whip cream and thandai essence in it.

All to be bit well. Make bit till everything gets mixed well. Now fill it in a pipe in bag.

With the help of hands make crumbs of chocolate cake. Cut gulabjamun into slice.

For mousse take a glass and first make a layer of whip cream at the bottom. Afterwards arrange slice of gulabjamun at the wall and in centre of the glass and on it add the milkmaid ready mixture.

On it make a layer of chocolate crumbs and then another layer of whip cream on it.

On it add gulabjamun small pieces and pista.

Now Thandai mousse with gulabjamun glass is ready to serve.
