Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  • 1 cupCurry cucumber
  • 1 cupCarrot
  • 1 cupRaw banana
  • 1 cupDrumstick
  • 1 cupSnakeguard
  • 1 cupcoconut
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3green chilli
  • 1/2 cupyoghurt
  • 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  • As Per RequiredSalt
  • 3 cupswater
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • fewCurry leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut all the vegetables in strip size.
    In a thick bottomed pan, add these vegetables and pour water enough to cover the vegetables. Add turmeric powder and salt. heat on medium flame until the vegetables are cooked.

  2. 2

    Crush the coconut with cumin seeds and green chilies.

  3. 3

    As the vegetables are cooked, simmer the flame and add the prepared crushed coconut

  4. 4

    Add salt as needed and cook the mixture until it begins to boil.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and add yogurt.

  6. 6

    Add coconut oil and curry leaf, mix well before serve
