Cut all the vegetables in strip size.
In a thick bottomed pan, add these vegetables and pour water enough to cover the vegetables. Add turmeric powder and salt. heat on medium flame until the vegetables are cooked. - 2
Crush the coconut with cumin seeds and green chilies.

As the vegetables are cooked, simmer the flame and add the prepared crushed coconut

Add salt as needed and cook the mixture until it begins to boil.

Remove from heat and add yogurt.

Add coconut oil and curry leaf, mix well before serve
