  1. For Chicken Marination
  2. 1 cupBonelesd Chicken cubes
  3. 1 tbspGingerGarlic paste
  4. 1 tspVinegar
  5. 1 tspSoya sauce
  6. 1 tspChilli sauce
  7. 1 tbspCornflour
  8. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  9. 1/2 tspOil
  10. 1/2Egg beaten
  11. For Sauce
  12. 1 cupChicken stock
  13. 1/2 cupKetchup
  14. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  15. 1 tbspsugar
  16. 2 tbspCornflour
  17. 1/2 tspSalt
  18. For Vegetables
  19. 1onion small
  20. 1Bellpepper
  21. 1Tomato deseded
  22. PinchSalt
  23. 1 tspOil for frying
  24. 2 tbspOil for frying Chicken

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken boneless in cubes & slight hamm vd kitchen hammer or slight prick vd fork.combine all marination ingredients in a bowl.add chicken mix well.keep covered in fridge

    Dessed tomato & bellpepper.cut in cubes.peel onion,take layers out& cut in cubes.sprinkle salt over vegies.kee aside

    To make sauce.heat chicken stock in a pot.add all ingredients except cornflour.give a boil to mix all together.keep aside

    After marination,shallow fry chicken cubes.reserve the marinade.add 1 tsp oil in clean frypan & stir fry vegies for a minute at high flame.keep aside

    Add the reserve marinade in sauce.mix.add chicken pieces in sauce.let it simmer at medium flame till sauce begins to boil.reduce flame.dissolve cornflour in water & add in sauce.cook at medium flame till sauce thickens.adjust the seasoning.

    Add vegies just before serving in shashlik to remain fresh.enjoy yummy chicken shashlik with vegetable fried rice.
