I love condensed milk.

They will be fluffy when just-baked, but will be moist after a day.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 50 gramsButter
  2. 30 gramsSugar
  3. 1Egg
  4. 2 tbspCondensed milk (Or "mirusuke's" "Easy in the Microwave ❤Milk Jam Made with Milk"
  5. 50 mlMilk
  6. 100 gramsCake flour
  7. 1 tspBaking powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring the butter, egg, condensed milk and milk to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift.

  2. 2

    Mix the butter in a bowl. Add sugar, condensed milk, beaten egg and milk in that order, mixing with each addition. Use a double boiler if you are having trouble mixing it.

    Add the sifted dry ingredients and cut in until the batter is no longer floury.

  4. 4

    Pour into the moulds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180ºC.

    It's done.
