I love condensed milk.

They will be fluffy when just-baked, but will be moist after a day.
Of course, condensed milk is fine, but I recommend "mirusuke's" "Easy in the Microwave ❤Milk Jam Made with Milk"because it's really tasty and easy to make. Recipe by Kumagorou77

Bring the butter, egg, condensed milk and milk to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift.

Mix the butter in a bowl. Add sugar, condensed milk, beaten egg and milk in that order, mixing with each addition. Use a double boiler if you are having trouble mixing it.

Add the sifted dry ingredients and cut in until the batter is no longer floury.

Pour into the moulds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180ºC.
