Mix the cheeses and the chilies well and roll into 12-20 balls. Freeze them for an hour.

When they're freezing get three bowls ready. Add onion powder, paprika, garlic powder and salt to the flour in one bowl. In the second bowl you will have your beaten eggs. Finally breadcrumbs. Use 2-3 slices bread. Blitz them in food processor then put in oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool and blitz again.

Heat oil to 180 degrees and start putting poppers through process of flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in batches so oil doesn't reduce in heat. About 90 seconds should be enough.
