Firstly, wash and soak the rice and urad dal for 3-4 hours.

Now make batter in grinder jar by adding all the batter ingredients. And make fine and smooth batter. Add water to make it running ribbon consistency, not so thick and not so watery. As normal dosa batter. And make dosa on pan (tawa) by using few drops of Ghee.

Now make stuffing, take grinder jar add coconut chopped and jaggery and cardamom powder and grind it. Now spread this stuffing with chopped almonds and cashews.

Add Beetroot dry crush on it. And roll and serve while garnishing it with chocolate syrup and chopped cashews. It taste so yummlicious.
