Steps

Preheat oven to 180c. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, oils and salt.

Whisk the milk in small amounts.

Whisk the flour with the baking powder then pour small amounts into the liquid gently stirring until fully combined.

Using roughly a 24 x 24 cm baking tray. Grease with butter then line with greaseproof paper or dust with flour.

Pour half the mixture into the tray. Top the mixture with a good amount of sliced meat then cheese. Pour the rest of the batter over the cheese. Alternatively 3 layers can be made instead of 2.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 30-35 or until baked through and the top is golden brown. Use a toothpick to test if the batter is cooked through.

Allow to completely cool or serve warm with something light such as a salad.
