German Cornflake Cookies

This kind of cookie is one of my mother-in-law's Christmas cookies. I usually don't like raisins, but I enjoy eating the ones in these cookies.
Using a generous amount of cornflakes makes the cookies taste delicious, so you can add a little more. But if you do, the cookies will break easily, so adjust the amount accordingly.
Please use cornflakes without sugar or flavouring. Recipe by shinoby

Cornflakes can be used for anything. Just a bit of fact they used to use cornflakes in old movies as snow. Lon Chaney got one lodged in his throat during filming of the movie Thunder and later he died from throat cancer, caused by the cornflakes, which caused a throat hemorrhage that never healed despite many attempts to help him. skunkmonkey101 -

Barley Flour Cookies Barley Flour Cookies
I originally made these cookies with kinako, but lately I have been making them with barley flour instead.Caution: The ingredients are adjusted to suit barley flour. Making these with kinako requires different amounts and processes, so be careful!Step 2: It's rather difficult to clump the dough together, so you can add a little bit more soy milk if you like. Don't add too much or it will probably become too tough. If you change the flours to 50 g barley flour and 50 g regular flour, it will really bring out the aroma of the barley flour, but the dough will be harder to work with. Either way is okay. Recipe by Soraten mama cookpad.japan -
