Ingredients

  1. 1/2Cauliflower
  2. 1Onion (chopped)
  3. 1spring Curry Leaves (chopped)
  4. 3Bird's Eye Chilli (chopped)
  5. 1 tspFennel Seed
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tbsp Chickpea Flour
  8. as requiredOil for frying

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Drop the cauliflower florets into hot water and add salt. Cover and rest it for 2 mins. Drain and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients above except water and oil.

  3. 3

    Add water gradually and mix well. Rest 2 mins.

  4. 4

    Fry in oil until golden brown.
