Ingredients

  1. 250 gnjahi
  2. 1 bunchdhania
  3. 2large grated carrots
  4. 1sliced onion
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  7. 1royco beef cube
  8. 3 clovescrushed garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the njahi. To make it quicker presoak them overnight then boil in the morning

    Fry onions till golden brown
    Add garlic and have it cook on one stir

    Add tomatoes and let them cook

  4. 4

    Add the njahi plus the carrots

  5. 5

    I usually add a beef royco cube

  6. 6

    Add water and let cook on medium heat for around 30mins

  7. 7

    Add chopped dhania and serve with chapati or rice
