Steps

Collect all ingredients together and bind it. If necessary, take more corn starch.

Bind it into the log. Divide into equal 4 parts. With help of corn starch roll each part as shown in the picture.

Cut it into pieces. Give shape as shown in the picture. Keep corn starch slurry ready. Deep the each Croquette in the slurry.

Roll it in the rusk powder. Deep fry it. Serve hot with chuteny.
