In a pan add 1tsp oil roast peanut for 5min, add sesame seed, dry coconut, saute in low flame until golden colour. Remove and let it cool

In the same pan add another 1tsp oil fry onion, tomato, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, until tomato become soft, let it cool

Add all the ingredients in jar, add water and grind as fine paste

In a deep pan add 2tbs oil fry cinnamon, bayleaf, cardamom, cumin, and add the ground paste, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder stir in medium flame until oil separate

Now add 2cups of water, cover and cook in low flame until get good aroma and thick consistency. Sprinkle coriander leaves, knob of butter, cover and keep for 10 min
