Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsboneless chicken
  2. 1 cupcapsicum cubes
  3. 1 cuponions cubes
  4. 3-4 tbspcorn flour
  5. 1egg
  6. 4-6 tbsptomato ketchup
  7. 2-3 tbsptomato paste
  8. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  9. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  10. 1 tbspvinegar
  11. 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  12. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  13. 1 tbspsugar
  14. as neededOil
  15. as neededSalt
  16. 2 tbspcorn flour

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken into small cubes, add egg, 3_4 tbsp corn flour, salt and mix well

    Take wok and fry chicken pieces into it till golden brown. Take out and keep a side

  3. 3

    Chopped capsicum and onions into small cubes and sautay keep a side

  4. 4

    Take another wok add 2 tbsp oil and sautay crushed garlic into it, add sautayed capsicum and onions and mix. Add ketchup and tomato paste along with sugar

    Add water as needed to make gravy.

    Add salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and mix

  7. 7

    Mix 2 tbsp corn flour in water and pour into mixture and mix well till mixture become thickened.

    Add fried chicken pieces and cook for few minutes more

  9. 9

    Turn off flame and dish out. Serve with fried rice
