Firstly fry first the potato until golden brown then remove.In same pan add some more oil and stir fry garlic and shallots then add in.pirk.Cook until pirk are golden brown too.Pour just a little water just to cook the pork.When the sauce reduces add potatoes and ketchup and some water again.Then simmer.
