Bombay Vada Pav

In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, salt, red chili powder, amchur powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder

In a tadka pan, heat oil add Coarsely crushed coriander seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and asafoetida. Pour this tempering over the potato mixture.

Mix everything properly.

Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix properly. Make small balls from this mixture and keep aside.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a kadai for frying the vada.

Also, prepare the batter to coat the vada. In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, hot oil, baking soda. Mix well. Add water and make a flowy consistency batter.

Dip the potato balls in the batter and deep fry these balls on medium flame.

Remove them on absorbent paper. Serve with dry red garlic chutney, pav chopped onions(optional) and fried green chilies
